Title: Support and Sales Engineer

We are seeking a resourceful, dynamic and talented person who is passionate about technology and customer support. The job would involve 50% customer support and 50% demos and other sales related activities to promote the sleek Webinato platform for virtual training and marketing webinars.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- Has strong work ethics with a fun yet professional personality
- Is meticulous with tasks and can manage them efficiently
- Has a strong command of the written and spoken English language
- Has had experience supporting software applications
- Has had experience managing small groups of people
- Is a people person and can talk eloquently over the phone and explain features
- Has some technical background
- Can sell (although this is not a sales job)
- Can troubleshoot computers (although you will not be doing this)
The duties will include:
- Manage level 1 technical support (team of 4-5)
- Create programs to evaluate the success of our customer support
- Provide technical support over the phone
- Help sales close deals by providing technical expertise, giving demos…
- Communicate with engineers to enhance user experience
- Communicate with key customers
